How do your fees work?

We don’t do things like everyone else. Our compensation is based upon a number of different factors that we will discuss at your listing consultation after we view your home and provide you with a marketing plan. We will discuss and factor in the compensation that may be paid to a buyer’s agent because most sales happen with co-operating agents who will negotiate their compensation with their buyer’s offer. If we do find the buyer for your home and work with both sides of the transaction, you will receive a discount on your total commission. We also offer a multi-transaction credit if you are selling and then buying with us. We do not charge any admin or transaction fees.

As your listing specialists, we take on expenses such as professional photography, video, staging, signage, marketing, etc…before we even list or sell your home! In order for us to ensure that we can get your home sold quickly, recouping our costs and meeting your expectations, it is VITAL that you follow our recommendations for preparing your home for sale (more to come on that). If you do, we anticipate higher and possibly multiple offers, which of course benefits your bottom line!

Real estate commissions are negotiable and not set by law. After we meet and preview your home, we will talk more in detail about the compensation structure that makes sense for your specific situation.
