If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Kathi was instrumental in not only selling our home but also helping us buy our new home. She is by far, the absolute best Realtor® that my husband and I have ever encountered. She is professional, personable, caring, detail-oriented, and communicative, giving us updates along the way. Kathi is absolutely the best of the best. She represented me and my wife in our move from California to Colorado (Denver specifically). We met with Kathi out in Denver for our first meeting, but from that point forward, we did showings remotely. In addition to needing to work with her remotely, and do home showings remotely/virtually, Kathi also had to help us get a house in a 3-month timeframe.
