We met with Kathi out in Denver for our first meeting, but from that point forward, we did showings remotely. In addition to needing to work with her remotely, and do home showings remotely/virtually, Kathi also had to help us get a house in a 3-month timeframe. Kathi was an unbelievable advisor and negotiator. We ended up with our dream home, in our #1 neighborhood, within our timeframe. It was an 11/10 experience working with her and I could not recommend her more highly!
