After working with two different discount agents for almost a year trying to sell our house, we hired Kathi Donivan as a full service agent. She took a personal interest in our house, told us what we needed to do to make it more salable, and sold it in THREE DAYS after it was listed. When she saw something that needed done, like painting the downstairs, she had the painter do it and then paid for it. She staged the house so it looked more contemporary. After the contract was signed, she helped clean up and pack some of the things that we missed in our move. My wife, who doesn't think real estate agents earn their commission, agreed that Kathi earned hers. If you want someone to sell your house, I highly recommend Kathi. There is a reason she is one of the top selling real estate agents in the area.

I was only able to spend one short day looking at properties. Kathi acted on my behalf at every turn. She was willing to do "whatever it took" to get me in the right home. We did facetime reviews and she represented me at all times when it was impossible to me to be there in person. I trusted her with the most important decision of my life and she never disappointed.
