People who love a little spice often select La Loma Castle Rock. Here, you can sample a large variety of Mexican foods, from fajitas to a Carne Guisada with grilled steak, jalapenos, and other flavors that will delight and tingle your taste palate. They also boast a panoramic view of the Front Range mountains from anywhere you sit in the restaurant.
