When you need a break from the great outdoors or you want to do some shopping, the Outlets at Castle Rock are a wonderful place to spend some time. From jewelry and apparel to home furnishings, you will find anything you require and a large variety of stores to browse through.

If you’re hungry, the Union an American Bistro is a unique restaurant with a variety of foods served in a casual dining area. Whether you choose to sample the grilled salmon or smoked chicken thighs, every menu item will delight your taste palate with its freshness.

There are a great variety of fun restaurants and breweries in downtown Castle Rock.  One of our favorites is Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Company.  They have a rotating menu of brews, a delicious menu, and two wonderful outdoor patios to enjoy.

When you're in the mood for something delicious and unique, the Damascus Grill Castle Rock is the place to go. The menu's filled with Syrian foods that promise to satisfy your desire for amazing salads, savory kabobs, and many other tasty treats. People who love a little spice often select La Loma Castle Rock. Here, you can sample a large variety of Mexican foods, from fajitas to a Carne Guisada with grilled steak, jalapenos, and other flavors that will delight and tingle your taste palate.  They also boast a panoramic view of the Front Range mountains from anywhere you sit in the restaurant.

Things to Do

The list of things to do in Castle Rock is extensive. There is something for everyone, whether you want to be indoors or out hiking through nature's beauty. One favorite adventure inside is a trip to the Theatre of Dreams Arts & Event Center, where you can enjoy watching world-class magicians, juggling acts, and other mystifying shows.

If you want to be outside but not trekking through a nature trail, the Castle Pines Golf Club may appeal to you more. It is a top-five, 18-hole golf course with outstanding views of the local terrain.

In the heart of Castle Rock, you will find Festival Park. It is home to a Farmer's market, a splash pad for kids, picnic areas, and much more. Throughout the year, residents can count on this single park to host a large variety of fun events, from holiday celebrations to live music on a summer evening.

Castle Rock Historical Society and Museum is where people go if they want to see history come to life. You can enjoy seeing real Rhyolite that was mined from the mountains, learn about the Continental Divide Raceways, and explore the exhibits that come to the museum as special events.
