Kathi has been a full time real estate agent since 2010 and has had the honor of assisting hundreds of buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate goals over the years.

 

Kathi now leads The Savvy Property Group with the steadfast goal of always going over and above to provide stellar representation and a 5-star experience for our clients in the buying and selling process.  With that goal in mind, Kathi has devoted many hours to continuing education in order to be a clear expert in all areas of residential real estate.
 
When she's not working, you may find Kathi sipping some coffee or wine on a sunny patio, checking out some locally-owned businesses in the community, or walking her spunky dog Griffey around her neighborhood. Some of her favorite hobbies are home decorating, flower gardening, traveling, and exploring beautiful Colorado!

Having made many moves over the years, Laurie has a special mindset and understanding for the various circumstances and challenges that accompany moving and making decisions that impact a family. These experiences now drive her goal to support families through the real estate buying or selling process as smoothly as possible.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Laurie has worked in sales as well as operations roles with the goal of exceeding client expectations, and now carries that mindset forward in real estate when working with home buyers and sellers here in Colorado. Laurie and her husband Alan moved to Evergreen Colorado in 2009 to become Mountain People and to immerse themselves in Colorado living and the beautiful outdoors. When they aren’t entertaining family and friends you can find the proud parents on the sidelines at their son Ethan’s high school basketball or lacrosse games.

Being a Colorado native, Carrie and her husband Orlando have 3 grown children and recently became first time grandparents. When Carrie isn't helping her real estate clients she enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her granddaughter. She also loves traveling and taking her jet skis out to the reservoir and to her favorite place Lake Powell. Growing up in the Vail Valley, Carrie's father owned and ran a excavation and construction company, this started her love for design/remodeling. After Carrie moved to the Colorado Springs area, she followed her passion for all things pertaining to design/remodeling. With her well-rounded experience in all areas of the industry, Carrie prides herself on bringing a more consultative approach for buyers and sellers.

Whether she is listing, selling, or everything in between, Carrie possesses the local marketplace familiarity, industry knowledge, and negotiation skill set necessary to provide a streamlined transaction for each client she represents. Both driven and equally as dedicated, she strives to make her clients real estate goals a reality by being there for them from closing and beyond.
